If you wish to provide us with your images, please use the following visual guide of the necessary photos to know your case, these photos help us determine certain maxillary conditions, such as the position of the dental pieces, if the jaw is stable or not, pronatism, retrognathism, and facial asymmetries.

*The photos (selfies) are not necessary to fill out this form however they are a great way to determine the existing conditions for each case.
